Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful time at the resort! The location is absolutely stunning with great views of the dam and mountains, perfect for outdoor activities. The rooms were spacious and clean, but a bit chilly at night since they only had a fan heater and an electric blanket. The staff were warm and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable. On the downside, I found the value for money could be better, especially given the state of the dining experience which was just average. Overall, a memorable stay with some room for improvement.
Our stay was quite pleasant overall, especially during the Christmas in the Berg festival. The Lakeside chalets were beautifully furnished and provided a great atmosphere. However, the dining experience left much to be desired due to poor service and lack of festive decor. The location is ideal for hiking and exploring the surrounding area, but improvements in dining service would greatly enhance the experience.
My experience at the resort was unfortunately very disappointing. The location was nice and has the potential for a peaceful stay, but my room was filthy and poorly maintained, which completely ruined my visit. The service from the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful when I raised my concerns, leaving me feeling unheard. I regrettably left after the first night, feeling dissatisfied and ripped off.
Our stay at Dragon Peaks Park was simply wonderful! The management clearly cares about the experience, and we noticed so many improvements throughout our visit. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure we felt safe and comfortable during our time there. While we absolutely loved the experience, we couldn't help but notice some dated facilities that could use an upgrade.
Our stay was absolutely delightful! The views were breathtaking, and the amenities were more than enough for our family self-catering needs. The horse riding activity was a highlight, thanks to our informative guide. While the room arrangement was a bit tight for wheelchair access, it was manageable with assistance. Overall, this place offers a fantastic family getaway surrounded by nature, though the dining experience could use some improvement in service time.
